Tremont Tower is a high-rise commercial project by Tremont Properties LLP in Gota, within the Gota, Ognaj, Jagatpur and Chharodi town planning scheme off SG Highway. GujRERA approved it on 25 September 2025 for 435 offices and 84 shops, with completion registered for 31 December 2029.
A Tower Built for the North-West Growth Belt
At about 114 m, Tremont Tower will be one of the tallest commercial buildings on the northern stretch of SG Highway. The large plot of almost 2.4 acres also leaves a generous open area, with more than half the registered land left uncovered.
Total declared carpet is 45,016 sq m. Offices average about 900 sq ft of carpet each, while the 84 shops average about 1,090 sq ft. That mix favours mid-size offices and neighbourhood retail.
Why Gota and Vaishnodevi Matter Now?
The Gota and Vaishnodevi Circle belt has turned from a residential spillover zone into a commercial cluster in its own right. Shivalik Wave, Trogon Twin Towers, Brillia and Shilp Business Gateway all sit within a short drive. Nirma University, Science City and the Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar link make the location useful for firms that hire from both cities.

On rent, our October 2026 study of 703 office listings found a citywide median asking rent of ₹60 per sq ft per month, with the SG Highway stretch from Iscon to Sola at ₹65. Gota itself had too few listings for a reliable median, which is typical of a market still forming.
